It is also gas compatible - simply order an Ooni gas burner attachment to extend your fuel options. The custom designed fuel tray maximises airflow and delivers a powerful blast of searing flame and you can cook a huge range of meat, fish and vegetables too. Simply load it up with real wood or charcoal, with no excess ash to clean. The oven can be ready for use in as little as 15 minutes and is easily transported, weighing just 12kg. Simply fold up the legs, twist off the detachable chimney and stow in inside the oven. Perfect for use with the cover that can double as a carry bag which is available to purchase separately.
